THANKS for the order!  Sorry for the order issues.  I know its
frustrating.  Authorize.net is very picky.  I think you typoed
your first name on the order and thats why it was rejected.  
Who knows though . . .it rejects everyone from Canada and
UK and most check cards.  Crazy!
Anyway, I can process it for you manually you don't have to
do a thing accept deal with the proof.
